Me testing out my new cake tin from Lakelands, ( i did do a lime jellt with sliced strawberries, was yum but dident take ant photos D: ) i made it for my sister-in-law. Was a victoria spunge with rasins, and soft butter icing mixed with cherry jam, and sprinculed mix nutts. Apparently it was yum.....
